2.1 HMS Platform Services

ClinetiX HMS provides a comprehensive healthcare management platform including:

• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Patient registration, scheduling, and appointment management
• Clinical workflow management and care coordination
• Billing, insurance processing, and revenue cycle management
• Pharmacy and inventory management systems
• Laboratory and diagnostic result management
• Staff scheduling and human resource management
• Analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools

2.2 Service Levels

• Uptime Commitment: 99.9% system availability (excluding planned maintenance)
• Data Backup: Real-time data synchronization with recovery point objective (RPO) of 15 minutes
• Support Response: Critical issues within 1 hour, standard issues within 4 hours
• Security Monitoring: 24/7 threat detection and incident response

3.1 Healthcare Facility Obligations

• Ensure all users are properly trained and authorized to access healthcare information
• Maintain current medical licenses and certifications for all healthcare providers
• Comply with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and professional standards
• Implement appropriate physical and administrative safeguards for data protection
• Report any suspected security incidents or breaches immediately
• Conduct regular user access reviews and maintain principle of least privilege

3.2 User Account Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and enable multi-factor authentication
• Use the system only for authorized healthcare purposes
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered into the system
• Log out of sessions when not actively using the system
• Report lost or compromised credentials within 2 hours

3.3 Prohibited Uses

• Accessing patient information without legitimate healthcare purpose
• Sharing system access credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Attempting to bypass security measures or gain unauthorized system access
• Using the system for research purposes without proper IRB approval
• Copying, distributing, or reverse-engineering any part of the software

4.1 Subscription Plans

• Clinic Starter: ₹2,999/month for up to 5 users
• Hospital Pro: ₹8,999/month for up to 25 users
• Enterprise Plus: ₹24,999/month for unlimited users

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
• Late payments incur a 2% monthly service charge
• Annual subscriptions receive a 10% discount
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

5.1 Indian Healthcare Regulations

• Compliance with Clinical Establishments Act and state regulations
• Adherence to Medical Council of India (MCI) guidelines
• Support for Ayushman Bharat and government health schemes
• Integration with National Health Authority (NHA) systems

5.2 Data Protection Compliance

• Information Technology Act, 2000 compliance
• Personal Data Protection Bill (when enacted) readiness
• Healthcare data localization requirements
• Audit trails and access logging for regulatory inspections
